WORK EXPERIENCE SUMMARY

Mr. Fairchild has twenty years of experience as a land surveyor in the State of Wisconsin. He has a wide range of surveying experience from simple lot surveys to retracing the work of the original government surveyors in re-surveying Public Land System Survey sections. Experience also includes ground control surveys for photogrammetric projects, GPS surveys, hydrological studies, flood plain determinations, construction surveying, topographic site mapping, and bridge surveying. Has gained a strong local reputation for quality of work and has been recognized by state and national surveying organizations for mapping excellence. He is currently serving on the Board of Directors of Wisconsin Society of Land Surveyors.

EMPLOYMENT HISTORY

November, 1994 - Present. Paragon Associates, Inc., La Crosse, Wisconsin. Land Surveyor. As the primary licensed surveyor in the firm, oversees all the aspects of land surveying for Paragon Associates. Responsible for initial client contact, estimating, scheduling, researching and implementing the projects. Maintains the firm's surveying records, personally performs many of the surveys.

May, 1988 - November, 1994. Professional Design Consultants, Inc. (PDC), La Crosse, Wisconsin. Land Surveyor Project Manager. Responsible for overseeing the total surveying portion of the firm, usually taking a project from initial contact with the client through researching it, dealing with third parties involved (i.e., realtors, title companies, attorneys, etc.) surveying, mapping, and final implementation. Also responsible for maintaining and purchasing all field equipment.

REPRESENTATIVE PROJECT EXPERIENCE

The Market Place, intersection of I-90 and Highway 16 in Onalaska, Wisconsin, 2003-2004. For the Wal-Mart, CSM Survey, ALTA Survey, topographic mapping, grade staking, construction staking, boundary survey, setting property corners. Surveying and construction staking of re-aligned street. Setting property corners, ALTA survey and construction staking at Krispy Kreme. Construction staking at retail sites across from Wal-Mart.

Our Lady of Guadalupe Shrine, La Crosse, Wisconsin 2000-2003. Initial boundary survey that spanned two sections, from ridge top to valley. Subsequent surveys for additional conveyances and annexations. Extensive topographical surveying, ongoing construction surveying for curb and gutter, erosion control installations, buildings, road and an extensive trail network.

North Front Street Re-development. 1999-2003. Provided certified survey maps, architectural topographic site maps, ALTA surveys, as-builts, construction staking services, as well as contaminated soils remediation surveying for the re-development project, which includes Riverplace Apartments, Grandstay Hotel, and CenturyTel Headquarters.

Elmwood Hills Addition, Onalaska, Wisconsin, 1992. 135 lot residential subdivision plat.

Waterford Valley, Phase 2, 1997. 36 lot exclusive residential PUD subdivision plat in south La Crosse, Wisconsin.

Roesler Creekside Additions, 1999-2000. 35 lot residential subdivision plat, City of La Crosse, Wisconsin.

Photogrammetric Ground Control Survey, City of Onalaska, 1991. Performed the survey work to provide the ground control for a massive photogrammetric mapping project. Obtained data with GPS for a 14 square mile area.
