This project involved the design of city utilities, curb replacement, surveying and inspection. Paragon Associates prepared the design of the new water main and sanitary sewer replacement.  Concrete flumes were designed along with curb replacement to ensure proper drainage. We also provided the inspection necessary to complete the 2500 lineal feet of utility installation.  This project involved the use of both the Village of West Salem and La Crosse County funds.

Special challenges included placement of the underground features, and a considerable number of conflicts with existing utilities and the need for a creative approach to achieve the proper drainage of stormwater.

Paragon provided civil engineering, landscape architectural, and surveying services for the design of this new subdivision south of La Crosse.  Services included street layout, utilities design and construction monitoring services and design of a community park.
